Die Firma Niepmann und Ihr Geschäftsführer Herr Klemm sind absolut zu empfehlen. Wir brauchten am Feiertag den Notdienst und uns wurde schnell, fachkundig und menschlich angenehm geholfen. Dazu noch ein freundliches Gespräch! 5 Sterne !

Failure of our lifting system on the evening before a public holiday (November 1st). After a short explanation of the problem on the emergency phone, I was given a short-term appointment for November 2nd at 2 p.m. because we wanted to fly on vacation on November 3rd.
I was sent a detailed estimate on the holiday.
On November 2nd I received a call in the morning saying that they would like to move the appointment forward to the morning so that there would still be enough time in case of any problems.
The two fitters were on site shortly after 9 a.m. and replaced the defective part in the lifting system.
The staff were very friendly and left everything clean.
I can only recommend Niepmann!!!

Ausfall unserer Hebeanlage am Abend vor einem Feiertag (1. November). Am Notdiensttelefon wurde mir nach kurzer Problemerläuterung, kurzfristig ein Termin für den 2. November 14 Uhr zugesagt, da wir am 3. November in den Urlaub fliegen wollten.
Am Feiertag wurde mir ein detaillierter Kostenvoranschlag zugeschickt.
Am 2. November wurde ich morgens angerufen, dass sie den Termin gerne auf morgens vorziehen wollen, damit man bei etwaigen Problemen noch genug Zeit hat.
Um kurz nach 9 Uhr waren die beiden Monteure vor Ort und haben das defekte Teil in der Hebeanlage getauscht.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben alles sauber hinterlassen.
Ich kann die Firma Niepmann nur empfehlen!!!

For many years, Niepmann has been our number one contact for repairs and renovations. This year, we had to complete a very extensive pipe renovation, and Mr. Klemm provided us with excellent support from start to finish. The renovation was carried out in an apartment building dating back to 1937. This was quite a challenge, as unfortunately, no building plans are available. However, Mr. Klemm found a very good solution and took the time to personally discuss with all tenants before the renovation began, explaining what work needed to be done and how it would be carried out. Mr. Klemm organized the entire planning and implementation process very well, and the communication between him and us was excellent. We were kept up to date at all times. The result of the renovation is perfect. The work was carried out apartment by apartment, and with the new pipes, everything is now running according to plan. Thank you very much for the SUPER ORGANIZATION AND GREAT WORK. Thank you Mr. Klemm and also to the entire team. Keep up the good work.👍
